I have tried many different brands of yogurt because of my eldest son.
I dont know if anybody out there have heard about Asana Yogurt from Yoplait. It's new in the market, if I am not mistaken they just launched it on Summer. I have the opportunity to try with coupon from GoCoupons.Ca and I am very impressed with the amount of Calcium and Vit.D. To be honest with you, I never saw this high amount of calcium on any yogurt in the market, the highest I can remember is 10% with no Vit.D. But this one has 20% Calcium and 15% Vit.D great for building strong bones and teeth especially for the little ones and osteoporosis prevention for adults. The texture is smooth and quite liquidy, you can drink it from the container, it comes in different flavors, my son loves peaches and vanilla.
