Fiesta Farms Inc

Review # 1: Very progressive supermarket Fiesta Farms is a model for what every supermarket should be. An excellent selection of produce and specialty items usually only found in natural food stores. Their staff is very helpful and friendly unlike the sullen morose staff at No Frills stores. I'm not sure why some reviewers have given them a mediocre rating, their produce is always fresh and top notch and if something isn't up to par you can always tell them and they won't look at you crossways like you're an annoying shopper. They also have a robust selection of organic locally grown produce whenever it's in season. I highly recommend trying them out.

Review # 2: Nice selection -- produce not always fresh We do our regular grocery shopping at Fiesta Farms and until we find something better, will continue to do so because it is independent, close by, has a decent selection of organic produce and dairy, and while on the expensive side, also has some good deals. My biggest complaint is that every so often, the freshness of the produce is not up to par. For instance, I purchased a bag of organic kiwis without squeezing them first, only to learn they were practically liquid when I returned home. I've had organic apricots begin to rot within a day or two of purchase, although they seemed OK when I bought them. While these items were not expensive (but NOT from the clearance section), in my opinion they should not even been for sale, but thrown out, or at least put in the clearance section. I felt ripped off on these occasions, but have a baby and didn't have time to return the items.

Review # 3: Most Reviews are Great but FF gets 1 Star?!? Why does Fiesta Farms get a 1 Star rating if most reviews found here are great? I think the store is pretty good...For sure not a 1 star store! Either the Google app is not working well or people writing reviews are not selecting the star rating properly...I'd say it is a 3+ star store...

Review # 1: My favourite health food store This business comes from the heart. The staff are kind and will assist you whenever you ask. There overall pricing is the best I know of in the downtown of our Toronto city. This store brings in the best goodies for the body mind and soul. If you want to shop somewhere that you can trust, this family run business is just the spot. I have watched them grow over the last 10 years. How wonderful!

Review # 1: Loblaw Store Times Loblaws is a great store, but how come that it's impossible to find out the store times via the Internet? When it closes, when it opens, holidays etc.? I have just spent 30 minutes trying to find that out. I am able to find out where they all are and even see them in Google Streets, but when they open and close? IMPOSSIBLE!!!

Review # 1: Dairy Check the expiry date on any dairy you buy. Today they are selling yogurt which expired over a week ago. Previously I purchased yogurt which had turned to liquid. Their frozen pizzas haven't been kept totally frozen; when you take it out of the box it's been squished.

Review # 1: A beautiful little gem in the middle of the city the whole place - small yet cozy - has a comforting warmth and great vibe, as do the people, the service and the food. Hibiscus has heart and thought and class... we can't say enough good things about it!

Review # 1: WRONG prices at checkout ALWAYS check your tab at checkout. WHY? 1. Prices labelled on items are OFTEN not what you pay at checkout. 2. One time checkout lady "brushed me off" me by telling me to go to customer svc. (Isn't she frontline cust svc?) 3. They will NOT change the price labels nor offer to have cust pay advertised price.

Review # 1: great caterer for fresh local food I had Pantry cater my casual wedding and they were just amazing. They came up with a menu that was fresh, colourful, delicious, healthy and within my budget. Almost every guest commented on how much they loved the food. This place has yummy food that you can feel good about (the menu changes according to the season). It is definately is good value when you consider the time and care it takes to produce the high-quality ingredients and prepare the food!

Review # 1: Some good, some questionable Recently you have changed around your store products; I know that that is a very good marketable trick for you as a company and last time I shopped there, I did spend more than intended. You made some extra money on me, but I love you and I have been a loyal customer for decades. One thing I was not happy to find out, is that my favourite Delverde pasta products have almost disappeared from your shelves. I usually have good experience with your employees. I have met some great people and have had some great conversations. I think some of these people should be promoted. I will continue shopping at your store, as I have had some bad experiences at the two Sobeys on Queens Quay and on Bremner.

Review # 1: On the right track, but ...... Agree with other reviewer.... Organic and local are definitely why I shop here, but the heavy vegan influence is not necessary -- just more quality food please!

Review # 2: Great new store! The best prices I've seen anywhere on organic produce! Apparently they are the only grocery in Ontario with direct relationships with local organic farmers, and that's why they can offer such low prices. They actually have a decent selection of other grocery items, especially considering that they only opened recently, and again very fair prices. Plus their bags are all biodegradable, they roast their own coffee in house and over 90% of the ingredients of everything in their takeout area are organic. Perfect place to shop for anyone who wants to be more environmentally friendly!

Review # 3: not good The store is useless, pretentious owner, management and staff. Dreary atmosphere. Limited product selection. Prices are fair. The check out counter is on a weird slant and is an eyesore. The store was late opening and opened only partially. I do not recommend it; having said that, it has the potential to be a wonderful store. Just get rid of the annoying, idealist, vegan staff and replace with competent people and all could be well.

Review # 1: ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To Whom it May Concern at Rabba; Rabba at 252 Queens Quay West (Harbourfront) location has lost all of my family's business. We all live on this street and used to frequent Rabba everyday. Now, none of us (4 families) will ever set foot in your location again. Food quality, customer service and basic cleanliness of the store is absolutely disgusting. Last night I went in to buy some groceries THAT WE EAT, PUT IN OUR BODIES AND COULD GET SICK FROM. I found the milk to be expired, one of the berry containers you have on sale to have MOLD on it (now I know why it's on sale,) and the patties with a white mold on the bottom too. Are you trying to kill people? The freezer where you keep the milk has rotted dried bits of milk that has stuck all over the floor. You should check it out before an inspector comes to shut you down. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I almost gave this food to my son for his lunch. Forget H1N1, we need a Rabba Vaccine. This is absolutely disgusting and I hope ... This is absolutely disgusting and I hope you get sued for getting people sick one day. Secondly, you have some of the most gossipy, rude and lazy workers I've ever seen. I have heard them sitting behind the deli counter talking about the customers, making rude comments more than once. Lastly, I want you to know that you have lost the business of 4 families in the neighborhood - me, my 2 sisters families and my brother's family and more when I tell all my friends that live in the neighborhood. You will not get one more cent from us. Show full review

Review # 2: Customer Service I want to add that customer service by those ladies is not good at all. I've had some problems too. It's good knowing I'm not the only one. More than 3 times they charged my mother over the price at the cash. I guess they figure she's older and she won't notice but she did. HAHA. God bless my Mom!

Review # 3: Agreed Every once in while I got some moldy stuff to deal with. Especially fruits. I forget to check milk. Geez. Thanks for writing about this. Why can't they just look at expiration? To sell?

Review # 1: The worst It's conveniently located, yet very pricy, always crowded, filled with unhelpful staff, grumpy cashiers. Avoid!

Review # 2: Deli Just wanted to commend Nimesh Gupta for all his help in with cutting up my cheese for a small gathering that I was having at my office. The manager of the Deli would not allow another employee to do it but Nimesh saw that I was in a real bind with my unexpected visitors. The Metro did not have a cheese try already made up or I would hav purchased it. thanks again Nimesh Sandra

Review # 1: Way overpriced for bad quality food I expected good quality for what we paid for. The steak was raw and very tough with a biteful of mashed potatoes and for an appetizer we were served what we were told later was pigs head smaller then the size of a timbit which did not taste very good either. This place is extremely overpriced for very simple and plain food highly overrated I do not recommend this restaurant at all. After spending over $100 dollars on dinner I was still hungry for 3 measly meals do not waste your time here

Review # 2: Overpriced I have to say that the staff is very friendly, but one of the waiters definitely had problems remembering what customers ordered. It wasn't even a busy night. While the food was decent, I've been to many other restaurants that were in the same price range but where the food was much better.
